Holiday homes · Sunshine Coast

One trip. The shoot, the website and the Home Hub.

Three things come out of the same couple of days at your house: photographs with people in them, a website on your own address that takes enquiries direct, and the guide guests open by tapping a card on the bench.

01The idea

A house on its own is a listing photo.

Every holiday home on the coast has the same set: empty rooms, made beds, nobody home. They tell a guest what the house has. They don't tell anyone what the week is like.

People walking down to the beach, coffee on the deck before anyone else is up, the kids in the pool at four in the afternoon. That's the story, and it's very hard to get without putting people in front of the camera on purpose.

So the shoot happens once, with people in it, and everything else is built from that day. The website chapters, the guide in the house, the first month of posts. They all draw on the same set of frames.

Your own family and friends make the best photographs, because it's the real story. If you'd rather we cast a couple or a group, we brief them and they turn up.

Empty rooms sell a house. People in them sell the week.

02Part one · the content

Two sets from the same days.

The clean frames the platforms need, and the ones with people in them that everything else is made of. Shot around the light and the tide, not around a schedule.

What you get

The listing set

The house empty and clean, every room, drone from above, and a twilight pass if the light plays. Sized and named for Airbnb, Booking.com and your own site.

What you get

The story set

Morning to last light with people doing what guests do. Breakfast, the walk down, the water, dinner on the deck. Hundreds of frames, not a handful.

What you get

Film and clips

Vertical micro clips for stories, reels cut to music, and on the bigger days a 90 second film of the house delivered wide and vertical.

Everything lands on your own delivery page within a week, ordered the way a guest walks through the house. The photographs are yours to use anywhere, forever.

03Part two · the website

Your house, on your own address.

Built around the frames from the shoot, phone first, in the voice of the house. Guests can enquire, or book and pay you direct.

Every booking taken on your own page keeps the platform's cut in your pocket, and puts the guest's details in your inbox instead of behind someone else's login.

  • 1

    The day as chapters

Morning to evening, so someone reading it can see their own week. Your photographs carry it, not paragraphs of description.

  • 2

    Enquiries straight to you

A short set of questions (dates, how many, who they are) and it lands in your inbox. No account for anyone to make.

  • 3

Book and pay on the page

Guests pick dates, see the price and pay a deposit. The money goes to your own account and we take nothing per booking.

  • 4

    Nothing double books

The calendar syncs with the platforms you already use, so a booking anywhere blocks the dates everywhere.

  • 5

    Found on Google

Set up properly, with your house on Maps and the basics done, so people searching the town by name can find you.

04Part three · the Interactive Home Hub

A card on the bench, and the house explains itself.

Guests tap it with their phone and everything they need opens. No app to download, nothing to print, nothing to laminate. You change it by texting us.

  • Wi-Fi first, at the top, with a copy button. It's the first thing every guest asks and the last thing anyone can find.
  • How the house works. The oven, the pool heating, the bins, the gate code, the beach towels. Room by room, with your own photos.
  • Book something. A chef, a massage, a trainer, a boat. One tap sends a message that's already written, and a copy comes to you.
  • Where to eat, swim and go. Your picks, checked and written in the voice of the house, with a map link on each one.
  • House rules and checkout, said once, politely, where people will actually read them.

It comes with cards for the bench and a printed welcome card to match. The same tap-to-open idea sits behind Roche Card, if you hand out a lot of paper.

05How it runs

Booked in a call, live in about three weeks.

  • 1

    Pick the parts

All three, or start with the shoot. One invoice: half to lock the dates, half when it's live.

  • 2

    Pick the days

Around your bookings, the weather and the light. Two mornings and an evening is the usual shape.

  • 3

    The shoot

Empty first, then with people in it. You don't have to be there, though it's better if you are.

  • 4

    Live

Photos within a week, site and hub within three. You check the facts, then it goes up.

After that there's one small monthly fee to keep the website and the hub running, looked after and backed up, with a change a year included. Cancel any time.

Tell us about the house.

Where it is, how many it sleeps, and how you let it now. We'll send the full package and prices back the same day, and tell you honestly which parts are worth doing first.
