Custom software and websites · Sunshine Coast

Software built for one business: yours.

Web apps, business systems and sales tools, written from scratch around the job they do. No subscription to someone else's platform, nothing to install, and it works on the phone in your pocket.

A 3D map of a beachfront estate over the real coastline, with a panel of available plots and prices
3D web app · Lombok, Indonesia

An estate buyers can fly over.

A developer selling villas and land off the plan, mostly to buyers overseas who won't visit before they sign. We built the whole estate as a 3D world over the real coastline, with the clubhouse, tennis, pool and beach club where the developer's renders put them.

  • Every plot and villa clickable, with its size, status and price.
  • Available, reserved and sold, changed in one place and live everywhere.
  • Opens from a link on a phone or a laptop. Nothing to install.

Under the hood

One line in a database, one villa on the map.

This is a villa from the estate as the software stores it, trimmed to what a buyer sees. When the sales team changes "available" to "reserved", the villa changes colour on every buyer's screen and drops off the available list. Nobody edits a brochure, and nobody resends a PDF.

A listing's location map over satellite: the lot's zone, the overlays on it and the flood layer switched on
The same map on a phone, with walk times to the beach, cafes and the surf club
Location map · Real estate agents

Everything around the house, on one link.

Buyers want to know how far the beach is, which school, and whether the block floods. One link per listing answers all of it, in the agency's colours, on the phone a buyer already has open.

  • Walk and drive times, with the route drawn, to the beach, cafes, schools and shops.
  • The lot's zone and every council overlay that touches it: flood, bushfire, landslide, heritage.
  • The agent's card at the bottom, one tap to call.

A listing website opening on a pool at last light, the street name across it

Listing website · Real estate agents

A website for every listing.

A house deserves more than a portal page. Each listing gets its own site: the address opens into the photos, then room by room, with the agent's card and an enquiry form. Built from one template, so it's live before the first open home.

  • Full-screen photos, each room with its own story.
  • Enquiries straight to the agent, and a "selling my own home" option.
  • The agency fills in a short brief and the site builds from it.

A call app for agents: follow-ups due today, homes that just hit 60 days, price drops and who to call next
The same app on a phone
Call app · Real estate agents

Who to call today.

Homes that have sat on the market for 60 or 90 days are the best calls an agent can make. This app finds every one in the agency's suburbs, puts the owner's number beside it from the agency's own contacts, and logs the call in a tap.

  • Follow-ups, price drops and homes just off the market, first thing each morning.
  • Notes sorted into groups like "selling within six months" without anyone tagging them.
  • One login per agent, and one agency never sees another's.

The Roche OS on a laptop: the business year month by month, money in, money out, the tax set aside and what's left
The same year on a phone
Business system · Noosa

The system this studio runs on.

Nothing on the market fitted a one-person studio, so we built our own. It holds every job's money, the invoices and expenses, the tax set aside as income lands, and what's actually left, month by month and across the year.

  • Bank statements dropped straight in and sorted.
  • The same data on a laptop and a phone.
  • Every row locked to one login, checked rather than assumed.

A holiday home guide on a phone, opening with Good morning and a note from the owner
Guest guide · Holiday homes

The guide in the holiday house.

Guests tap a card on the kitchen bench and the house opens on their phone: the Wi-Fi with a code to scan, how the house works, who to text for a massage or dinner, where to eat. The owner stops answering the same six questions every weekend.

  • Changed in minutes, with nothing to reprint.
  • Greets guests by the time of day, and the Wi-Fi joins with a scan.

Brodie Roche's digital business card on a phone, with Save my contact at the top
Digital business card · Roche Card

A business card that saves itself.

Tap a card, a key fob or a phone and a page opens with the person's photo, number and work. One more tap puts them in your contacts, photo and all. The page changes whenever they do, and the card never needs reprinting.

02Websites

Websites, written by hand.

No template and no page builder. Each site is built around the business's own photographs and words, opens with something nobody else's does, loads fast on a phone, and sits on a domain we set up and look after.

A hairdresser's website in oxblood and cream: Hair that feels like you again

Hairdresser · Blonde specialist, Ninderry

Opens with a pair of scissors cutting the logo in two. Online booking, the price list and a before-and-after you drag, all in the salon's own colours.

A builder's website: Old homes, made new. New homes, built right.

Builder · Renovations and new builds, Sunshine Coast

Opens with the house in the logo built from timber, one stick at a time. Renovations, new builds, a gallery and a quote form that takes photos of the job.

03What we could build for you

If you do it by hand every week, it can probably be software.

  • Booking and enquiry systems

A deposit taken on your own account, the calendar synced to wherever your bookings already live.

  • Quoting tools

Measurements in, a priced quote out, sent while you're still on site.

  • Internal systems

Scheduling, time, jobs and stock: the spreadsheet you've outgrown.

  • Tools for real estate agents

Location maps, a website per listing, and the call list for homes that haven't sold.

  • Maps and 3D

Land releases, estates and venues, clickable and current, with live availability.

  • Searchable archives

Decades of records, photographs and names, found in a second.

  • Guides for guests and customers

Opened with a tap, updated in minutes, nothing for anyone to install.

  • AI helpers

The repetitive admin handed to software that drafts the email or files the receipt, then asks before it sends.

04How a job runs

You get the number before anything gets built.

  • 1

    Talk

Twenty minutes on what it has to do and who'll use it. You get a straight answer on whether we're the right studio.

  • 2

    Write it down

What it does, what it costs to build and to run, and when it lands. In writing, before you sign.

  • 3

    Build

You see it working on a private link early, on your own phone, and say what's wrong while it's cheap to change.

  • 4

    Hand over

Live, with the code, the data and the logins yours, and a short note on how it runs.

05Questions

The ones people ask.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You describe the job in your own words, and every decision gets explained in plain English before it's made. Most of the people we build for have never written a line of code.

Who looks after it?

We do, start to finish: the domain, the hosting, updates and backups. Your data is always yours.

What does it cost to run?

Most of what we build runs on hosting that costs little or nothing a month. Whatever it is, the running cost is written down beside the build price before you sign.

How long does it take?

Most tools take one to four weeks from the day we agree what they do. You get the date in writing before we start.

What if something breaks?

You ring Brodie. He built it, so he knows where to look.

06Get in touch

Tell us the job you'd hand to software first.

Describe it the way you'd explain it to a new staff member. We'll come back the same day with whether it can be built, roughly what it costs and how long it takes.
