04What a shoot includes

Every price includes the editing and the handover.

Packages are built around how many images you need. Drone, twilight and film bolt onto any of them, and anything unusual gets scoped and quoted before the day.

01 · Stills

14, 20 or 30 images

The number you pick is the number you get back, edited. Extra images can be added to any package after you've seen the set. Most listing shoots are done in one visit.

02 · Drone and twilight

4 to 6 aerials, or a second visit

Drone adds 4 to 6 aerial images to any package. Twilight is a dedicated session at golden hour, either on the same visit or as a return trip, depending on the light and the house.

03 · Film

60 seconds to a full production

A listing video runs 60 to 90 seconds with a portal-ready edit, drone footage and a social reel. Bigger campaigns run multi-day, with a golden hour session and more reels.

The delivery page

Your photos and films come back on a page, not in a folder of file names.

  • Ordered the way you walk through, room by room, so nobody hunts for the shot they want.
  • Films play inline, in the same place as the stills.
  • Downloads hand off to a shared folder, sized and named for where they're going.
  • The link is yours to forward to the owner, the agency or the portal uploader.
05Holiday homes and architecture

A house on its own is a listing photo. People make it a story.

A holiday home sells a few days of someone's life, so the photographs have to show that life. The empty rooms still matter, and they do a different job.

  • 1

    The listing set

Clean, empty, square to the room, sized for Airbnb, Booking.com and the portals. This is the set that has to be right before anything else.

  • 2

    The story set

The same house with people in it, shot across a day: coffee on the deck, the walk down to the water, dinner as the light goes. Candid, mid-moment, nobody looking at the lens.

  • 3

    Both from one trip

The empty frames and the story frames come from the same visit, so you pay for the setup once and get two sets that do different jobs.

  • 4

    Architecture, the same way

For builders, architects and designers: verticals straight, one direction of light, and the detail shots that show the work. Shot to suit an awards entry or a magazine as well as a website.

06How it works

Book it, and the rest is handled.

  • 1

    Book

Tell us the address, the size of the place and when it needs to be live. You get the price and a time before you commit.

  • 2

    Shoot

We turn up on time and work around the light. Styling advice beforehand if you want it, and we move what needs moving on the day.

  • 3

    Edit

Every frame edited by hand. Colour that matches the room, verticals straight, nothing pulled into a look the house doesn't have.

  • 4

    Deliver

Usually one to two business days later, on your delivery page, sized for the portal and ready to forward.

07Good to know

The questions agents and owners ask.

How fast do I get the photos?

Usually one to two business days after the shoot. If a campaign is going live sooner than that, say so when you book and we'll work to it.

How far do you travel?

Across the Sunshine Coast as standard. Further than that is fine, with travel added at cost and quoted before the day, never after.

What happens if the weather turns?

Interiors go ahead regardless. Drone and twilight depend on the sky, so if it isn't there we move that part to the next workable evening and sort the timing with you.

Are the photos mine to use?

Yes, for your marketing: the portal listing, your socials, print, your own website. We ask before we show a place in our own work, and a client who'd rather we didn't just says so.

Can you fly a drone at my place?

Most of the time. Drone work runs under the CASA rules, and some sites need approval or can't be flown at all, near airports and over people especially. We check the address before the shoot and tell you straight away if aerials aren't possible.

Do you draw floorplans?

No. Plenty of good people do them, and we'll happily work alongside whoever you use.

Can you shoot the website at the same time?

That's the usual reason people call us. A shoot booked with a website build is planned around the layout, so the crops the page needs exist before anyone opens a design file.

Tell us about the place.

Address, size, and when it has to be live. You'll have a price and a time the same day.
